The Electropedic High Carbon Steel Frame supports the complete length and width of the bed and looks exactly like a regular bed frame when turned rightside up (all other adjustable Bed sold today have either a mini foundation, wood foundation or "fake" foundation look).  The Model 585 Frame has a Lifetime Warranty Parts & Labor.  Each moving joint is rivited - not nuts and bolts like all other adjustable Bed.  (2) Lift-Motors have a limited 15 Yar Warranty.

When Howard Hughest was hospitalized in 1950 he couldn't understand just how very uncomfortable hospital Bed were and became interested in pursuing; the design and manufacturing of a truly comfortable adjustable bed for everyone to enjoy in the home.  The very first adjustable bed was designed by Hughes Engineers for none other than Howard Hughes!
